|On the 25 and 26 May, the consortium of the Agri-Food Quality Network project held the closing meeting of the project during a visit to Occitania organised by IRQUALIM. During the meeting the work done and the results obtained were reviewed as well as the administrative aspects of the final justification of the project. The intention of the consortium is to continue the Network with new innovative initiatives that highlight the network and quality food of the 3 regions and make a new edition of the contest to the best Euroregional recipe with PDO and PGI products from the three regions . |
During the stay, the members were able to get to know the concept of the “club des qualivores” as a good practice transferable to other regions with the institutional reception of Mr. Vincent Labarthe, Vice President of Agriculture of the region. Visits were also made to the Rocamadour PDO and the walnut oil mill in Occitania.
